Cannot mint
The "Cannot mint, please try again or increase gas price" error may appear because the calculated gas price is not enough for the transaction.
Since we cannot control taxes such as gas price of the blockchain, the estimated gas price may be lower than the accepted one. In this case, the Gas Price can be increased manually as per the official instructions.
Transactions on the blockchain can take some time, so changes may not appear immediately. We recommend a refresh after a few seconds if this happens.
Insufficient balance
The "Insufficient balance" error in MetaMask occurs when a user tries to perform a transaction that exceeds the available funds in their wallet. Please ensure you have enough balance in your MetaMask wallet to cover both the amount you wish to send and the transaction fee.
You already own this NFT
The "You already own this NFT" error in MetaMask occurs when a user tries to buy an NFT that is already owned. If you encounter cases where you are not the holder of the NFT, but still receive this error, please contact the support team.
Low quality image upload
As we are dealing with a lot of images, for performance reasons, each image uploaded to the metadata of an NFT will be compressed to a smaller size.
